Woodworking shop

Taking over my dad’s old woodworking shop was something I’ve always wanted to do but when it came time for me to actually do it I was terrified. I’d never owner my own business before and I was just scared I would make some huge, irrevocable mistakes but I was determined to succeed at this and I was ready for an uphill battle. I got a t3 line for the shop to talk to customers and I hired an assistant to work part time to really be able to take on bigger projects. I had a website made up which was something I’d been begging dad to do for years and I talked to people at all the local home improvement stores to try to get some good rates and deals hooked up going forward. I love that I’m really able to take charge and make all the big decisions and I can’t wait to see how everything turns out – it’s only a matter of time but if things keep up the way they are…
